This is how we make the maple butter our guests at the Old Mill Restaurant rave about! We serve a bowl of sweetly maple-flavored soft butter with each basket of Corn Fritters to welcome you to a meal at one of our tables.

You can make it at home by dissolving the Maple Crystals in a little warm water and blending with softened butter. Don't forget the fritter mix!
